Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings at Okavango Villa, operated by Timeless Innovation (Pty) Ltd, including our specials and packages. All bookings and offers are subject to these terms and conditions.

Payment

Deposit: a 50% deposit secures your booking dates.
Deposit deadline: the deposit must be paid within 72 hours of making the reservation. If it is not received in time, the reservation is cancelled.
Balance: the remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due within 24 hours of booking.
Payment methods: bank transfer (EFT), or cash deposit (subject to a 3% fee). Please contact us if you need another payment option.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing by email. The following cancellation fees apply, as a percentage of the total booking amount:

4 weeks before arrival	25%
3 weeks before arrival	50%
2 weeks before arrival	75%
1 week before arrival	100%

Changes to your booking

All changes must be requested in writing.
Changes to fully paid bookings are subject to availability and carry a $60 change fee.
Fully paid bookings cannot be changed within 7 days of arrival. Any change in this period is subject to availability and at the manager’s discretion.

Specials and packages

Availability: offers are subject to availability at the time of booking and limited to a set number of bookings. Once that limit is reached, the special is no longer available, even if the promotional period is still running.
No combining: offers cannot be combined with other specials, discounts or negotiated rates.
Included extras: inclusive or complimentary items must be used during your stay. Unused items are not refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Rates: rates are nett, quoted in US dollars, and subject to change without prior notice.
Single supplement: a single supplement of 50% of the adult rate applies.
Non-commissionable: specials and packages are non-commissionable and cannot be claimed by travel agents or other third-party suppliers.

Liability

Okavango Villa is not liable for any loss, damage or injury during your stay. Guests are encouraged to take out travel insurance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Botswana, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Botswana legal procedures.
